First, this kit includes TWO of the tip jigs, one for the original and one for the blank vise. Just order one kit. This kit allows you to cut keys that are indexed from the tip (eg: Ford). It provides a consistent reference from the tip of the key to the key gauge on your HPC key machine. Works with 9100-series having 4-way jaws (9120, 9160, 9180, etc). This sure beats using the end of the vise jaw as a "reference", which is notoriously inaccurate but often used in a pinch. The product is stamped steel, so lacks a little bit of precision, but quite good enough for everything except perhaps many-generational duplication. This is a must-have for your 9100-series HPC.
