This tool applies over 150 foot lbs. of torque to overcome set screws on most mortise cylinders.
By locating off the lock’s face, the tool is able remove standard cylinders, high security cylinders and cylinders with security rings the face of the cylinder. Instructions included.

I have used this tool three times where a cylinder guard was in place, once on a Medeco, and twice on 2 Everest mortise locks. Such a time saver! Bust the set screw, remove the mortise body, open the door, and replace it with a new mortise cylinder!Quality Price Value
This is very handy with higher security mortise locks and you will not regret buying it. It's not a tool I use very often, but I am glad it is in my van. (Posted on 12/17/2016)
