We designed this tool to be part of your everyday keyring, so you can always have the tool available and ready to use whenever the need is there.  This tool is most effective on outward swinging commercial and residential, but can be used on many inward swing doors as well.  

Our testing has proven that about half of our randomly selected commercial and residentials doors we encountered don't have the tiny dead latch installed correctly, allowing this tool to work.
